Given that the control system for the automatic spraying line requires centralized control of multiple variable frequency drives (VFDs) and temperature zones, a control scheme integrating a touchscreen, PLC, analog output modules, and temperature control modules is employed. PID control is utilized as a highly efficient and accurate method for temperature regulation.
Products are transported from the loading conveyor to the main conveyor, passing through a preheating zone to a dust removal system before entering the automatic spraying booth. After undergoing 360-degree rotary spraying, they move into a heating zone, proceed to a UV curing system for final curing, and are ultimately discharged via the unloading conveyor.
The automatic spraying line is a fully enclosed, continuous production system that utilizes conveyors, spray gun arrays, and drying systems to automate the entire process from pre-treatment to the output of finished products. The pre-treatment zone performs automated cleaning, phosphating, or sandblasting.
