Fitting Radiators to Imperfect Walls
Walls are rarely perfectly flat or plumb. When installing radiators, this imperfection often forces installers to use shims or oversized holes to achieve a level fit. This bracket solves that with elongated mounting slots that allow vertical and horizontal adjustment after the wall anchor is installed. The installer can hang the bracket, then slide the radiator assembly into the correct position before tightening.
Strength Without Bulk
The bracket is stamped from steel sheet with a thickness selected to handle the static load of a water-filled radiator. Reinforcing ribs are formed into the metal to increase rigidity without adding unnecessary weight. The adjustment mechanism uses standard M8 or M10 bolts, with washers that distribute the clamping load evenly across the slot surface, preventing the bracket from slipping over time.
Quick Positioning Features
The bracket includes alignment markings that help installers position multiple brackets at the same height. This simplifies the layout process, especially on larger walls where multiple radiators are installed side by side. The slotted holes also allow for a few degrees of angle correction if the radiator itself is slightly out of square.
