Spraying Zone: Features a honeycomb air-distribution plate at the top to ensure uniform airflow.
Powder Recovery Zone: Equipped with a dual-stage recovery system comprising a cyclone separator and filter cartridges.
Electrical Control Zone: Integrates a PLC control system and a fault diagnosis unit.
The observation window utilizes explosion-proof glass, paired with explosion-proof lighting to create a shadow-free illumination environment. Four sets of swivel casters are installed at the base, supporting a load capacity of 800 kg/m².
