Replacing Manual Stacking at the End of the Line
The end of a production line-where products are stacked onto pallets-is often the last manual operation in an otherwise automated process. This palletizing robot system takes over that task, handling cartons, bags, drums, and totes with consistent speed and precision. Pattern Flexibility for Mixed SKU Production
The system uses a multi-axis servo arm that can be programmed to build different pallet patterns. This is useful for facilities that handle multiple product SKUs or varying packaging formats. Pattern changeover is done through software, not hardware, allowing the robot to switch between stacking 25kg bags and large cartons in minutes. The gripper is designed to handle multiple package types, reducing the need for tooling changes.
Integration with Downstream Equipment
The robot is designed to interface with existing conveyor lines, stretch wrappers, and label applicators. It can be set up to receive product from multiple in-feed conveyors and place them onto a single pallet line. The control system includes safety features such as light curtains and emergency stops, meeting standard industrial safety requirements.

After the drawings are confirmed, the production cycle is determined based on an assessment of the project's complexity.
